Our Cork city centre location is run in partnership with Q Park.
Making a Booking
You can make your booking either on-line or through the call centre. Bookings must be at least 24 hours in advance of the pick-up time.
Once you have made your booking, one of our rental agents will ring you to complete the booking details, which will include your driver's licence number and your credit card deatils. Please ensure that you include a contact number that we can reach you on prior to your pick-up time or the booking cannot be completed.

Picking up your car
If you are walking, head towards Cork City Hall and Q Park is located at the left side of the building. The Q Park reception is located on the ground floor, at the car entrance.
Give your name to the Q Park agent, who will need to see your original driver's licence and your credit card and ask you to sign two copies of the rental agreement, one is your own copy and one copy is retained by Q Park for Avis. The Q Park agent will take you to your car and give you a ticket to exit the car park.
If you have any queries, the Q Park agent will connect you to Avis directly.
Please note that if you wish to avail of parking at Q Park during your stay, you will need to pay for this directly.
Dropping Back Your Car
Please return the car to the allocated Avis spaces on the first floor of the car park - if you are unsue, please ask the Q Park agent who will direct you. Ensure you have all your belongings, lock the car and return the key to the Q Park agent.
Opening Hours
Cars can be picked up and dropped back 7 days a week, between 9am and 6pm.
One Way Rentals
There are currently no one-way rentals to or from the Cork City location. You must pick-up and drop back the car at this location.
Additional Driver
If you wish to have an additional driver, we would ask that you have the driver's licence number of the additional driver available to include in the booking at least 24 hours ahead of the pick up time. Please note that the additional driver must be present when picking up the car and have their licence with them to show the Q Park agent.
If you haven't confirmed the additional driver details by that time, you can have them added on, but you will need to go to our Cork airport location so that the additional driver can show the Avis agent their original driver's licence and pay the additional charge.
Deliveries & Collections
This service is not currently available at the Cork City location.
