There is currently one vacancy in our Head Office
We are currently recruiting for the position of Accounts/Administration assistant to join our Avis Head office team in Emmett Place.
This role would ideally suit someone with 6 months to 1 year accounts exposure/ experience
The duties to include working in a high volume environment as part of a team dealing with varied queries from our various locations. The person should possess very good organisational and multi tasking skills with good computer proficiency. The role involves a mix of administration and accounts duties and the person should enjoy meeting challenging deadlines. Some of the duties would entail receipt, review and logging of all station rental contracts, allocations and general reporting, cash reconciliation reviews. Additionally the person will be responsible for our monthly Tour Operator billing and E statement and daily invoicing and liaising with credit control, override invoices. recharges, assisting with procurement and defleeting of vehicles on ADP and general post and ad hoc duties/ general assistance to Accountant and accounts team
