Details of the toll-free number, if you need assistance, is provided in the rental agreement wallet or displayed inside the vehicle.

We provide a toll-free number, connecting you to our emergency roadside assistance, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.


How the Breakdown Service works

In the event of an accident, property damage or injury, the renter should contact the toll-free number, which transfers them to the breakdown organisation.

The car will be taken to the nearest Avis branch, where the renter will complete an incident report form. Avis will provide a replacement vehicle if necessary, and do everything to minimise any inconvenience to the renter.
