How much does Airport Transfer cost?

The price for Avis Airport Transfer varies by branch and car group but typically a one day rental from a downtown location to Heathrow Airport would cost around £47 for a small car (for example a Peugeot 107 or similar) or £49 for a medium car (Vauxhall Astra or similar) with average savings of £20 compare to the standard rates.

The Airport Transfer rates are available for all car groups in the UK fleet (excluding Select Series) including large cars and people carriers.

Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

- Special Airport Transfer rates are available until the 14th December 2012
- Prices shown are for a 24 hour rental and are based on delivery from Bracknell car hire
- Airport Transfer price includes Home Delivery and 100 free miles (12p per mile thereafter)
- Available for single journeys and for both (to and from the Airport)
- Valid on all car groups (excluding Select Series)

Home Delivery Terms and Conditions

- Available to UK residents only
- The home address has to match the credit card address and the address on the driving licence
- Credit card must be in the drivers name
- For the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction all Avis Home Delivery customers will be subject to additional security checks

Delivery times

You can book your delivery for one of three delivery windows:
- 9am to 11.59am
- 12pm to 2.59pm
- 3pm to 6pm 

You will be contacted by the Avis branch prior to delivery to agree the delivery time. The driver must be available to receive the vehicle during the delivery time slot. Same day delivery is subject to availability and you will be notified if delivery is unavailable.
