Making your Avis Delivery booking online in 3 easy steps

Delivery window: Enter your delivery post code and select a delivery window. We have up to 3 convenient delivery windows for you to choose from. And remember, if you book before 12 o'clock we will deliver on the same day*. Shortly before your rental, you will be contacted by an Avis agent to confirm all your delivery details and arrange a convenient delivery time.

Rental details: Select your dates, choose the type of car you wish to rent and pick any extras you might need on your journey, including Child Seat and Additional Driver. Avis offer a wide range of vehicles from small cars to negotiate the city traffic to large luxury vehicles for extra comfort on the road.

Your delivery: Enter your delivery address, contact information and payment details then relax and leave the rest to us. We will contact you shortly before your rental to confirm the delivery time and complete the paperwork over the phone.

Important information about our Avis Delivers Service
Eligibility:
- Avis Delivers is available to UK residents only
- Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card and driving licence.
- Credit card must be in the drivers name
- For the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction all Avis Delivery customers will be subject to additional security checks
Delivery times*:
You can book your delivery for one of three delivery windows (9am to 11.59am, 12pm to 2.59pm and 3pm to 6pm). You will be contacted by the Avis branch prior to delivery to agree a convenient delivery time. The Driver must be available to receive the vehicle during the delivery time slot. Same day delivery is subject to availability and you will be notified if delivery is unavailable.
Collection times:
If you require Avis to collect the hire car from you, you do not need to select a "collection time slot". Simply select the time you would like the hire to end and the local Avis branch will arrange a time to collect the car directly with you. Customers will not be insured to drive the hire car once the rental end time has passed.
