Avis Preferred: If you like the quality of our regular service, then you’ll love our free customer loyalty programme. In addition to pre-prepared paperwork and our 3-Minute Promise, you can earn complimentary extras, such as vehicle upgrades, additional drivers and weekend car rental bonuses.
Out-of-hours return: With flights arriving and departing at all times of the day or night, you may find you need to return your car outside our normal opening hours. Just let us know your plans and we’ll be able to help.
Breakdown assistance: In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your car, you can call for immediate roadside assistance. If the problem can’t be fixed there and then, we’ll give you a replacement vehicle to help you on your way.
Optional extras
Satellite navigation: The beauty of driving is the freedom it gives you to go where you want to go – provided you know where that is! To help you find those unfamiliar destinations, you can order satellite navigation as an option on all our cars.
Child seats: Adequate child seats are not only a legal requirement in the United Kingdom, they also ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable journey for all your younger passengers. If you plan to have children with you, simply let us know when booking your car.
