Returning your car in normal hours:
Your time is important. That’s why all our rental sales agents can use a great piece of technology, called ‘Rapid Return’. Drop off your car and you will be on your way in no time.

Eastlands Car Hire Facility: On approach to the airport follow the signs for car rental returns to Avis Returns, Eastlands Car Hire Facility.
An Avis agent will check you in and direct you to our shuttle bus which will take you to the Terminal buildings.
Returning your car out of hours & Sundays:
We appreciate that not all travel occurs in normal hours. That’s why we offer an out of hours return service so you can depart with ease regardless of the time. Just make sure to give us a call in advance and we will arrange it.
Terminal 2 Car Park: Outside of opening hours, please return the car to the ground level of the multi-storey car park at Terminal 2, using the car rentals returns entrance on the right hand lane. Please note the below checklist when returning.
- Lock the car & take the lift to Level 3.
- Place keys in the drop box beside the Avis Desk in Terminal 2
- Terminal 2 Car Park services bother Terminal 1 & 2, with a covered walkway between the two terminals.
Once keys are securely dropped you are on your way.
