Belfast City Airport

  1. On arrival to Belfast City Airport, follow signs for car hire return (next to long stay car park).

  2. Enter barrier code supplied on pick-up.

  3. Park your car in an Avis/Budget bay.

  4. If the office is unattended. Place your key in the drop box.

Please Note: Failure to return your vehicle to the correct car park will result in a £60 fee plus parking charges incurred being applied to your rental agreement.

 

Belfast International Airport

  1. On approach to Belfast International Airport, follow the signs for car hire return (beside the long stay car park).

  2. You will drive up to a set of spikes at the entrance to the car hire area

  3. Drive over them and our Avis Budget returns cabin is the first on the right.

  4. If this area in unattended, there is a drop box at the side of the cabin or the keys can be dropped off with staff at our desk in arrivals.

Cork Airport

  1. On approach to Cork Airport, follow the signs for Car Rental.

  2. Park the car in an Avis Budget parking bay.

  3. Lock and return the keys to the Avis Budget Desk in the arrivals' hall.

  4. Place keys in drop box at the desk if returning out of hours.

 

City of Derry Airport

  1. On arrival at City of Derry Airport, choose one of the barriers

  2. Cars on rent from Avis Derry may lift barrier, if not press the button on unit for entry ticket

  3. Drive into the main car park, past the terminal building until you see a post marked Avis Returns.

  4. Turn left, then right into returns area.

  5. Park at the Avis office and place keys into letterbox

Dublin Airport

Monday to Sunday 0500-2100

  1. On your approach to the airport, simply follow signs for car rental returns. Eircode: K67 W6K5

  2. An agent will check you in and direct you to the complimentary shuttle bus which will take you to the terminal buildings.

Out of Hours

Terminal 2 Car Park services both Terminal 1 & 2, with a covered walkway between the two terminals.

  1. Out of hours, please return your car to Terminal 2 short-term car park.

  2. Enter the car park by using the third lane (entrance furthest to the right).

  3. You can park the car in any space marked with Avis Budget signage.

  4. Lock the car and take the lift to level 3.

  5. Place the keys in the drop box beside the Avis Budget Desk.

Dublin City North - Drumcondra

During opening hours 

The returns area is located behind the Avis Budget Office on Lower Drumcondra Road. This is accessed using Cian Park Road. Cian Park is a narrow road, so please take care while entering for on coming traffic.

  1. If arriving on the N1 from M50 turn left at Cian Park just before the Avis Budget Office. The returns car park will be on your right.
  2. If arriving from Dublin City Centre turn right on to Cian Park after the Avis Budget Office. The returns car park will be on your right.
  3. If arriving from Botanic Avenue you will be facing the Avis Budget Office. Turn Left on to the N1, Turn Right on to Cian Park and the returns car park will be on your right.

All out of office returns must be dropped at Dublin Airport

 

Dublin City South - Kilmainham

During Office Hours

Return your car to Avis Budget Kilmainham Eircode D08 H79E

Please note:
This is a residential area, with no out of hours return option available. For returns between 1800 and 0900 please return to Dublin Airport. Do not park the car at the gate. As this blocks access and the footpath for local residents.

 

Kerry Airport

  1. As you approach Kerry Airport, follow the signs for long term car park.

  2. Park in the area marked Avis Budget and return keys to the Avis Budget office

  3. If unattended, post keys in the letter box.

Note: Airport grounds closes at 6pm, but cars can returned out of hours using the key letter box.

 

Killarney Town Centre

  1. Return your car to the car park behind O'Sullivan's Rent a Bike. Eircode: V93 XT1F

  2. Please return the key to our Avis Budget Killarney office, which is a 5-minute walk. Office Eircode: V93 YD73

 

Knock Airport (Ireland West)

  1. Please return your car to the car rental area at Knock Airport.

  2. Return your keys to the cabin, where an agent will check the car.

  3. A final invoice will be sent to you by email.

Out of hours

  1. Please return your car to the car rental area at Knock Airport.

  2. Post the keys through the cabin door.

  3. The car will be checked during opening hours.

  4. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Shannon Airport

  1. Return the car to the Public Short Term car park in Shannon Airport.

  2. Note what row the car is parked in.

  3. Return the key to the Avis/Budget desk in the main arrivals hall.

  4. If the desk is unattended, there is drop box located on the left side of the desk.
