For customes arriving in Heathrow Terminal 5 our office is located at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow, Bath Road, UB7 0DQ.

Heathrow Terminal 5 Collection and Return Instructions

Upon arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5, please make your way to bus stop 25, located on the arrivals level. From there, take the complimentary Avis Budget shuttle for a short transfer to our new office at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow, where our friendly team will be ready to assist you.

If you are departing from Terminal 5, please return your vehicle to our office at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow (UB7 0DQ). After returning your vehicle, you can take the Avis Budget shuttle back to Terminal 5, where you will be dropped off just outside the arrivals area.

For customers flying from any other Heathrow terminal, please return your vehicle to our main Heathrow facility at Northrop Road, London, TW6 2QA. From there, we will arrange a transfer to your departure terminal.
